Bespoke Care
All of our residents receive their own bespoke care package tailored to their unique needs and requirements. Our carers will help you to achieve yours and your loved one’s personal needs and wishes, whilst continuing to support you through your personal care plan.
Companionship Care
Sometimes care and support isn’t about a complex medical need or essential personal care tasks. What is often more important is living the life that you want, doing the things you love and feeling as human as possible.
Convalescent Care
This type of care is chosen by people who need a little extra time to recover from an operation or illness. This can be from one week to a few months.
Intermediate Care
After a fall, acute illness or operation many older people benefit from rest and rehabilitation in a caring, safe and reassuring environment. This enables people time to recover and rebuild their confidence until they are ready to return home or choose the next steps for their care.
Respite Care
Moorgate Care Home provide respite care for people who may only require a short stay in a care home. Respite care is an invaluable service for those who care full-time for their loved ones, providing them with a chance to take a break from daily responsibilities.
End of Life Care
We are a St. Luke's Hospice trained organisation in end of life care. Our compassionate team are here to take the stress out of the process. Simply tell us your needs, we’ll work with your family to put the perfect plan in place.
